Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the Zentro Development website, client portal, and any web development services provided by Zentro Development, founded by Dominic Figueroa.

1. Accounts

Requesting a quote requires creating an account with your name, email, phone number, state, business location, and a password you choose. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.

2. Services

Package descriptions on the pricing page outline typical deliverables. Final scope is confirmed in writing through the portal or a project agreement. Hosting, domains, third-party software or API fees, premium assets, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement. When hosting is arranged through us, it runs on powerful web hosting backed by Summit Nodes.

3. Payments

Invoices may be paid inside the client portal using Stripe. Payment is processed on this site without sending you to a separate checkout page whenever your card issuer allows.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or features outside the selected package may be quoted separately.

5. Client materials

You represent that you have the rights to content, logos, and data you provide.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the portal, probe other accounts, or use our services for unlawful content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentro Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a project will not exceed the fees you paid for that project.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
