About us
Zentro Development was founded by Dominic Figueroa in late 2025 to bring new development to all forms of businesses and make their websites really stand out from their competitors.
00
Production
Inspect the brand. Reject templates. Compile motion. Deploy on Summit Nodes. You do not type this. We do. It stays on the site because production is part of who Zentro is — not a homepage-only stunt.

The mark is the brief: sharp geometry, a teal signal in the E, charcoal mass, silver speed. The website should feel like that object — not like a template with the PNG dropped in the header.
We put the logo in the nav, the footer, the portal, and the admin console on purpose. If you hire Zentro, your mark should be that present on your own site.
01
Origin
Bring new development. Attract clients and customers. Stand out. That is still the whole company.
Dominic watched businesses with better service lose the click to competitors who simply looked more finished online. The unfinished ones were not lazy. They were stuck in builders that capped how unique a page could become.
Zentro is the response: custom-coded websites, honest packages, a portal for the relationship, and production hosting backed by Summit Nodes when we take a project live.
We are not trying to be every marketing channel. We are trying to be the website that finally deserves the ads you already pay for.
Not a coat of paint on last year’s WordPress install unless that is truly the brief. New structure. New motion. New paths to contact. Sometimes a new database. Always a new chance to look like the lead brand in the screenshot grid.
Revisions with counts. Staging the conversation in a portal. Payments on-site. A deploy pipeline you can actually see on the homepage console. Agencies hid that machinery. We put it in the brand.
Unlimited “we’ll just hop on a call” scope. Mystery retainers with no artifact. Templates with the serial numbers filed off. If the work is custom, the contract should read like it.
02
Founder
The studio is founder-led. That means the person who named Zentro is in the work: taste, code, deploy, and the thread in your portal. You are not a ticket in a 40-person PM tool.
It also means we pick projects that should exist. If a builder already solves it, we will say so. If you need a flagship, we will treat it like one.
Black, teal, silver, geometry, mono for production, display type for the sentence that has to land. Your palette will differ. The discipline should not: one signal color, not twelve.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and when the package calls for it, SQL, accounts, invoices, and APIs. The Zentro site itself is that stack — including on-site Stripe so clients do not bounce through a foreign checkout.
A website is hospitality at scale. Someone arrived tired. Give them a chair, a sentence, and a way to speak to you. Do not make them hunt.
03
Timeline
Dominic Figueroa founds Zentro Development with a simple brief: new development that attracts customers and outruns competitors.
Local businesses were losing to lookalike template sites that merely loaded first and looked “newer.”
Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Packages so people can start. A portal so the work stays in one place.
Accounts, quotes, invoices, and on-site Stripe — the same class of product we sell at Professional and Elite.
Production deploys land on powerful web hosting backed by www.summitnodes.com.
Zentro takes on sites that need to stand out: from three-page starters to elite applications.
04
Values
If a marketplace theme can do it, it will look like a marketplace theme. We write the site.
One accent, one job per screen, one obvious next step.
If it does not help pacing or affordance, it does not ship.
Quote, chat, invoices, and payment live here — not across five tools.
When we deploy, hosting is backed by Summit Nodes.
Hosting not included unless agreed. Revisions have counts. Custom is quoted.
05
How we work
Name, email, phone, state, business location, password. We ask because the account has to be real enough to invoice and message. We do not ask for your life story in the first form. That happens in the thread.
Packages are the altitude. Custom is the exception with a price. If it is not in the agreement, it is not in the build — until we quote it.
You get a live site, a record of what shipped, and a portal that still opens. Revisions use the rounds you bought.
06
Hosting
Live Zentro projects run on powerful web hosting backed by www.summitnodes.com when we host or deploy. The homepage command line names that origin because production is branding too.
We still say hosting is not included unless the agreement says so. Honesty is a value. When hosting is on us, you should know whose iron it sits on.
“Cloud” is not a specification. Customers feel servers as speed and uptime. Naming Summit Nodes is how we refuse magic language.
07
What we will not do
We will not reskin a stolen theme and call it custom. We will not promise rank-one SEO as a deliverable. We will not hide extra fees in “you’ll need a plugin for that” after you have paid.
We will not build a casino, a clone of a bank, or a phishing lookalike. If the job is to impersonate another brand, it is not a Zentro job.
We will not keep a project in limbo because copy never arrived. We will say we are blocked. You can send words, or we can quote writing, or we can pause.
08
The Zentro site as proof
Custom front. Client accounts. Admin invoices. On-site card pay. A deploy terminal that scrolls inside a fixed frame. Logo in the chrome. Teal as a signature, not a flood.
Professional and Elite packages exist because some clients need exactly this class of system for their own customers. We are not allergic to eating the cooking.
The console is not a toy we forgot to delete. It is the metaphor: inspect, reject templates, compile, migrate, deploy, live. You will still find it on the home page after this redesign.
09
People we like working with
If the site has to make the phone ring, the calendar fill, or the quote land, we are in familiar territory. If the site is only a digital business card you will never update, a builder might be enough — and we will tell you.
We like clients who can send photos, say who they compete with, and decide. Endless hypotheticals are how custom projects melt.
Asynchronous in the portal by default. Calls when a decision is actually stuck. Written scope. Visible invoices. No theater.
10
The long view
Zentro will keep taking on sites that need to outrun someone. The packages may evolve. The portal will stay. Custom code will stay. Summit Nodes will stay in the deploy story when we put work on the public internet.
If you are reading this because a competitor looks unfairly sharp, that is the brief we were founded for. Send the quote. Set the password. We will take it from the thread.

Studio library
A new studio does not get to be mysterious. What follows is the working library: the name, the late-2025 bet, how quotes are read, letters to different kinds of operators, and an invitation to start. Use the table of contents if you want a shorter path.
12
The name
Short enough to sit in a nav. Sharp enough to sit next to a geometric mark. Not a pun about “zen” and not a template-studio adjective.
The name had to feel like the logo: mass, signal, speed.
Dominic Figueroa founded Zentro Development in late 2025 with a brief that was already a sentence: bring new development to all forms of businesses and make their websites stand out from their competitors. The name had to carry that sentence without explaining it every time.
A soft name would have invited a soft site. A long name would have died in a mobile header. Zentro sits in letter-spacing like a mark, then Development tells you the job.
We set the E in teal because the logo does. Typography is allowed to quote the object. That is how a studio avoids looking like it rented its identity from a logo marketplace.
You do not need to love the word. You need to remember it after you close a tab full of lookalike agencies. That is the same problem we solve for clients.
13
Late 2025
We will not pretend we have been shipping since 2009. We started when the gap was obvious: capable businesses, interchangeable sites.
Late 2025 is recent on purpose. The tools to fake a “premium” site got cheaper. The cost of looking like everyone else got higher. Zentro is a response to that squeeze.
Founding late means we skipped a decade of theme-shop habits. No leftover “we also do Flash.” No loyalty to a builder we resell. Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from the first invoice.
It also means we have to prove more on the page. That is why About is long. New studios that hide behind three paragraphs look like they are hiding. We would rather over-explain the method.
History will be the work. Until then, the proof is this domain: portal, invoices, on-site Stripe, a deploy console, and a named hosting backbone at summitnodes.com.
14
The bet
Builders won speed-to-mediocre. We bet that the businesses who care about the last 10% will pay for it.
The last 10% is timing, IA, motion, and the path from curious to quoted. Templates cannot own it because they must remain generic enough to sell a thousand times.
Our bet is not that every lemonade stand needs Elite. The bet is that enough operators are tired of losing the screenshot test to a worse company with a newer theme.
Packages keep the bet honest. Starter is a real custom altitude. Elite is an application altitude. The middle is where most of the work lives.
If the bet is wrong, the market will say so. Until then we keep writing sites that could not be duplicated by changing a hex code in a kit.
15
Desk
Dominic is in taste, code, deploy, and the thread. You are not a ticket bouncing between a closer, a PM, and a contractor who never saw the brief.
That is an advantage in quality and a constraint in volume. We pick work that should exist. We decline work that is a clone, a lie, or a committee with no owner.
Founder-led does not mean 3 a.m. Slack for a $399 Starter. It means the person who named the company can still see your sitemap. Priorities are written in the package, not in a vibe.
You will get direct sentences. If something is ugly, we will say ugly. If something is blocked, we will say blocked. Hospitality includes not wasting you.
As the studio grows, the standard stays: someone who can decide is in the work. Tools can scale. Taste cannot be fully outsourced without the site starting to look rented again.
16
Taste system
Black, a metal, one live wire. Geometry. Display type for the landing sentence. Mono for production. Motion that earns milliseconds.
Refusals: marketplace skins, stock handshakes, rainbow palettes, sliders that autoplay, fake 3D blobs, rank-one folklore, mystery retainers, stolen themes.
Permissions: real photos, long pages when you have something to prove, command-line language when production is the product, named hosting, on-site money.
Your brand will not inherit our costume unless it should. A bakery does not need scanlines. It needs the same discipline: one signal, a clear ask, interiors that are not leftover demos.
We keep a mark in the chrome. We keep legal in the footer. We keep the console in a fixed frame. Those are taste rules that also happen to be product rules.
17
Engineering hospitality
Someone arrived tired. Give them a chair, a sentence, and a way to speak. Do not make them hunt. Do not make them wait for a carousel.
Engineering is how hospitality survives traffic. Pretty CSS on a tired origin is a beautiful locked door. That is why Summit Nodes is in the story when we deploy.
Forms that create accounts are hospitality for the next conversation. You do not have to re-introduce yourself to a void mailbox.
Payments on the same domain are hospitality for the moment of trust. Exile to a generic checkout is how brands leak at the finish line.
Error messages that say what happened are hospitality. “Something went wrong” is how you train people to leave.
18
Picking work
If a builder already solved it and you are happy, keep the builder. If you are losing to a lookalike, send the quote.
Good fits: operators who can decide, businesses with a real offer, sites that need to convert on phones, people who will send photos or schedule them.
Bad fits: impersonation, guaranteed SEO, infinite relatives-as-art-directors, projects that are actually print or wrapping with a website “while we’re at it” for free.
Ambiguous fits get a thread. The portal exists so we can find out whether Professional is honest or whether custom is required — without a theatrical pitch deck.
We would rather do fewer sites that stand out than a volume of skins. Late 2025 is too early to become the thing we were founded against.
19
Declining work
A studio that never declines will eventually ship something it cannot stand behind. We decline early, in writing.
We will not reskin stolen themes. We will not build phishing lookalikes. We will not pretend a Starter includes a marketplace.
We will not keep a project in fake motion because copy never arrived. Pause is honest. Filler is a small fraud.
Declining is faster in the portal than in a sales call that cannot bear silence. If we are wrong, you can say so. If we are right, you keep your money.
The companies we want to work with also say no — to bad jobs, bad clients, bad scope. That is a cultural match we look for in the first messages.
20
Tools we use
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL when the altitude needs it, Stripe for cards, Summit Nodes for origin. The rest is negotiated.
We do not collect tools as identity. Every library is a suspect. Custom code is how we keep the suspects out.
Analytics, maps, mail, and booking platforms get integrated when they are actually in the job. They do not get sprinkled for a sales page screenshot.
Admin on this site is PHP and a protected store because the host is upload-and-run. We match the metal we deploy to. That is engineering taste too.
If a client needs a different backend later, we quote the migration. We do not secretly lock you into a mystery platform we resell.
21
Tools we refuse
Those tools are fine for someone else’s studio. They fight the brief we were founded on.
A plugin maze is not an architecture. It is a memoir of every panic. Professional and Elite exist so we can replace the memoir with a database that matches the job.
Drag-and-drop is speed-to-mediocre. We already admitted builders are good at that. We are not competing on Thursday delivery of the same three columns.
We refuse pirated fonts and pirated photos. Premium assets are excluded unless the agreement includes them. That refusal protects you as much as it protects us.
We refuse admin/admin culture. Temporary passwords exist to be changed. This studio’s admin must change on first login. That is not theater. That is how we treat production.
22
The mark
Sharp geometry, teal in the E, charcoal mass, silver speed. The site should feel like that object, not like a template with the PNG dropped in.
We put the mark in nav, footer, portal, and admin on purpose. If you hire Zentro, your mark should be that present on your own properties.
Favicons, apple icons, and the glowing E in the wordmark are the same decision: the signal color is rationed so it still means something.
Clients often have a mark that is better than their site. Our job is to let the mark set the rules: corners, contrast, motion, and what never to do (rainbow, cheap bevels, clip-art).
If you do not have a mark yet, say so. We can still ship a serious site with strong type. A rushed logo-as-afterthought is how brands apologize for years.
23
Palette
This is Zentro’s field. Yours will differ. The rule of one live wire will not.
Ink is #05070a. Teal is #00d4dc. Silver carries body text. Muted gray carries supporting copy. Selection state is teal because even highlighting should feel on-brand.
Orbs, grain, and hex dots are atmosphere, not content. If they ever compete with a headline, they lose. Atmosphere that wins is a bug.
We will steal this discipline for a client in red, gold, or forest. We will not steal the teal unless the brand already owns it.
Color accessibility is checked on buttons and body, not only on a poster. A gorgeous palette nobody can read is decoration, not development.
24
Writing for operators
Hours, trucks, staff, inventory, patients, clients. The copy should survive a person who has nine minutes and a phone that is almost dead.
That is why we talk in packages and fences. Operators already live in constraints. Mystery is insulting.
It is also why we show the terminal. Operators recognize production. They may not want to type it. They want to know someone can.
About pages that only say “passionate” are written for no one. This About page says who founded the studio, when, what we refuse, and how money moves.
Your About page should do the same in your dialect: named people, a method, a way to start. We will not replace you with a stock founder story.
25
A Monday
Quotes to read. Threads to answer. CSS that misbehaves at 390px. An invoice to send. A deploy to not rush.
Morning: intake. Does this quote want Starter or are they describing Elite with Starter money? We answer that in the portal, not with a hard sell.
Midday: production. The unglamorous work that makes custom worth it — the form that creates an account, the motion that does not drop frames, the alt text.
Afternoon: humans. A blocked project gets a sentence. A launched site gets a walk. A payment failure gets a reason, not a shrug.
We do not perform hustle. We perform finished routes. The command line on the homepage is the romantic version of a Monday that actually shipped.
26
How quotes are read
Name, email, phone, state, business location, password, notes, package interest. That is enough to start being real.
We read for the job underneath the adjectives. “Modern and professional” usually means “please do not look like the competitor’s Wix.” We can work with that. We still need the offer.
We read for decision rights. If the note says “loop in my cousin who does graphic design,” we will, but we will also ask who can say yes.
We read for altitude. Twelve pages, logins, and payments is not Starter. We would rather re-quote than win a job we will resent.
The password is not an extra hassle. It is how you come back to the same room without us inventing a second relationship in Gmail.
27
How invoices are written
Admins create them. Clients pay with card on this site. Stripe holds the card data. The thread that caused the invoice sits next to it.
We do not hide hosting inside a vague line item if hosting is not included. We do not invent surprise plugin fees after you have paid a package.
Custom work gets its own invoice when it appears. That is not nickel-and-diming. That is how custom remains possible at published prices.
You should be able to see paid versus open without asking. Mystery balances are how agencies become folklore.
If we build this class of system for you at Elite, it should feel this clean for your customers too. We are not allergic to eating the cooking.
28
Summit Nodes
When Zentro hosts or deploys, production sits on powerful web hosting backed by www.summitnodes.com.
Customers feel servers as speed and uptime. Naming the backbone is how we refuse magic language. The homepage console says the same thing in mono.
Hosting is still not included unless the agreement says so. Honesty and iron can coexist. When it is included, you should know whose iron.
Domains, third-party APIs, premium assets, and maintenance follow the same rule. We would rather repeat the disclaimer than surprise you at DNS.
If you already run serious origin, we talk. We will not pretend all $4 shared plans are equal, and we will not insult a real stack you already pay for.
29
Time
That is why Starter is not $49 and Elite is not “we’ll see.” Attention is the scarce resource of a founder-led studio.
A three-page custom site still needs type, responsive QA, a form, SEO basics, and a deploy that does not embarrass you. That is real time.
A portal with invoices and on-site pay is another species of time. Professional and Elite prices exist because databases and auth are not a weekend.
Your time is in the deal too: photos, words, decisions. A studio cannot buy those from a marketplace without the site going generic again.
We protect time with revision counts and written scope. That is not cold. It is how the next client still gets a serious site.
30
DIY vs hire
DIY is correct when the builder is enough and you like maintaining it. Hiring is correct when the ceiling is costing you customers.
If you enjoy tweaking, a builder can be a craft. We will not mock that. We will only say it tends to converge on the same look as your competitors who also enjoy tweaking.
If you hate the site and keep paying for ads that land on it anyway, you are lighting money on a hallway of lookalikes. That is a Zentro conversation.
If you need a native app, a print system, or a full rebrand, you may need more than us — or us plus specialists. We will not swallow the universe to win a quote.
The test: open your site and your competitor’s site in two tabs. If a stranger cannot tell you apart in eight seconds, the DIY ceiling is probably here.
31
Scenario: the restaurant
Anonymous, composite, true enough. The food is the product. The site is still losing to a chain with worse broth and a better tap path.
We put hours, menu, and reservation or order above the novel about grandma. Grandma can live on About. Hungry thumbs do not start there.
Photos of actual plates, compressed. A map that does not hijack scroll. Motion that feels like a door opening, not a nightclub.
Altitude is often Business. Ordering platforms get integrated rather than re-invented at Starter prices.
Launch week includes Friday-night traffic as a thought, which is why origin quality is not a footer sticker. Summit Nodes is named for a reason.
32
Scenario: the contractor
The work photographs well. The theme does not. Quotes go to a mailbox that is also full of spam.
We build a quote that becomes a thread. We put tap-to-call next to it. We use the phone photos from the job — cropped, honest, fast.
Service pages match search language. Emergency paths are not buried under “our process” icon rows.
Altitude is often Business; crews and client logins are Elite. We will not upsell a dashboard to a company that needed a sharper leaflet.
The competitor teardown usually shows three identical blues. Standing out can be as simple as using the color already on the truck.
33
Scenario: the clinic
Patients arrive anxious. A bouncing hero video is not care. Clear services, people, hours, and intake are.
We keep motion calm. We keep contrast legal. We do not use stock doctors from another country as if that were a staff page.
Intake data is a Professional question. Collecting less is often more care. We will say so.
Accessibility is conversion. If a patient cannot use the form, they will call a competitor who they can use.
About the clinic should name humans. This About page names Dominic for the same reason. People hire people.
34
Scenario: the firm
Practice areas that read like a theme. A skyline stock photo. A contact form that leaks into a shared inbox.
We replace the costume with type and geometry that still feel like authority. Serious is not the same as identical.
Practice pages become true service pages. Bios become people, not interchangeable headshots on the same gradient.
Lead quality can be designed. Forms can ask better questions without becoming a barrier. That is Business and above.
If matters need logins, we quote Elite or custom. Hiding a portal in a brochure package is how firms get angry in month two.
35
Scenario: the shop
Featured drops, pickup, and a checkout that does not feel like leaving the brand.
Lite retail can be a catalog with a strong ask. Full accounts and search are a different altitude. Honesty here prevents a painful rebuild.
On-site pay is the standard we use ourselves. Stay on the domain. Keep the mark around the card.
Empty states for sold-out work are brand surfaces. A gray void is not a merchandising strategy.
Seasonal slots beat annual redesigns. We plan a place for the thing that changes.
36
What standing out is not
Standing out is being unmistakable in eight seconds, then being easy to hire in the ninth.
Louder is a slider, a popup, a marquee of claims. We have a marquee of crafts because this studio sells crafts. Your marquee might be a mistake.
Trendier is the blob, the glass, the fake 3D. Those age into jokes. Hierarchy ages into money.
More sections is fear. This About page is long because a new studio has to prove a method. Your site might need to be short because your food already proves it.
Unmistakable comes from decisions: the mark, the path, the photos, the motion, the origin. Custom is how those decisions survive contact with a phone.
37
Collaboration rules
The portal is the room. A named decision maker is the owner. Invoices are how changes stay adult.
Asynchronous by default. Calls when a decision is stuck. We will not meet weekly to say “still working” at Starter prices.
Feedback should be gathered, then sent. A stream of single-word texts is weather. Weather is not a revision round.
If legal, a partner, or a spouse must approve, say so on day one. Surprise stakeholders are how launches slip.
We will keep the tone direct. If that feels cold, we may be the wrong hospitality. If it feels like respect, we will get along.
38
Copy, photos, access
We can design around missing fuel for a while. We cannot launch on fumes and call it custom.
Copy: the words only you know. We edit. We can quote writing. We will not invent your ten-year reputation from a blank box.
Photos: real work. A shoot plan if you have none. No handshake stock unless you sell handshakes.
Access: domain, DNS, analytics, brand files, a person who answers. Admin screenshots in a group chat are not access.
When fuel is missing, the thread says blocked. That word is how we stay honest with the calendar and with the next client in line.
39
Aftercare
You will know where it lives, what hosting is doing, and how to reach us. Silence is not the product.
Revision rounds still apply after you have seen launch, within what you bought. New ambitions get invoices. That fence is how aftercare does not become unpaid forever.
Maintenance is not included unless stated. If you want us watching, we write that down. If you want to watch it yourself, we will say what that actually means.
The portal remains the room. You should not have to hunt for the person who built the thing.
If Summit Nodes is the origin, you will not be left with a mystery login and a shrug. Named hosting is aftercare too.
40
Growth
Packages may evolve. The portal will stay. Custom code will stay. Summit Nodes stays in the deploy story when we put work on the public internet.
Growth that turns us into a theme shop would be a failure even if the revenue looked like a win. Dominic’s late-2025 brief is still the brief.
We will hire people who can decide, not only people who can ticket. Taste has to remain in the building.
You should be able to read this About page in two years and still recognize the company. If you cannot, we became a builder with better fonts.
Until then: quote, password, thread, build, deploy. That loop is the studio.
41
Studio FAQ
Straight answers. If we do not know yet, we say so — late 2025 is a starting year, not a myth.
Are you a one-person shop? Founder-led. The person who named Zentro is in the work. Volume is constrained on purpose.
Where are you? We work with businesses across the United States (and note it if you are outside). The quote form asks for state and business location because the account has to be real enough to invoice.
Can I visit an office? The relationship is built in the portal. If a meeting is actually required to unstick a decision, we schedule it. We do not sell office theater.
Do you outsource the build overseas and put a US face on it? No. Custom means we write it. If that ever changes, this page will change first. Bait-and-switch is the opposite of standing out.
Can you sign an NDA? Talk in the thread. We already do not impersonate other brands or build phishing kits. Paper can follow if the job needs it.
What does “powered by Summit Nodes” mean for me? When we host or deploy, your site runs on that backbone. It is not a sticker we slap on a random $4 plan.
42
Principles, studio edition
A company is a list it will not negotiate. Here is ours, written for the people inside the building.
Craft over kits. Clarity over clutter. Motion with a reason. Own the relationship. Ship on serious iron. Say the quiet part about what is not included.
Refuse impersonation. Refuse rank folklore. Refuse infinite scope dressed as “we’re agile.” Refuse stolen themes. Refuse demo logins that stay forever.
Name the founder. Name the host. Name the price. Name the revision count. Put the command line on the site so production cannot become a rumor.
If a future trend asks us to throw out the list, we will throw out the trend. That is the only way a late-2025 studio becomes a studio people still recognize.
43
Success
A site that wins the two-tab test. A path people finish. A thread that did not become a war. An origin that holds when ads work.
You should be able to send the URL without apologizing. Staff should be able to explain the next click. You should know what you bought.
We should be able to put the work next to the Zentro mark without flinching. If we cannot, we failed our own About page.
Money should have moved on-domain without a scavenger hunt. Invoices should match conversations.
You might come back for a higher altitude. You might not. Either way the site should still look like it was written, not rented.
44
Failure
A prettier theme. A silent month. A launch nobody can update. A surprise bill. A site that still loses the two-tab test.
If we only made you look like a more expensive builder, we failed — even if the invoice cleared.
If we shipped filler because we were afraid to say blocked, we failed. Filler is how custom becomes a costume.
If payment felt like leaving the brand, we failed the commercial half of the product. That is why Stripe lives in the portal here.
Failure is recoverable if we say it in the thread and price the fix. Failure that hides in a status email is how studios earn their reputations.
45
Letter to a restaurant
Your competitor does not need better food. They need a menu someone can read in a car. Do not donate that advantage.
Send the real plates. Send the hours that match the door. Send the tool you already use to book or order. We will wrap a custom site around that truth.
Do not ask us to hide prices if your in-person menu shows them. Mystery is not appetite. It is friction.
Business is usually the altitude. Elite is for when you need the internet to run like a second dining room with accounts.
Request a quote. Set a password. We will talk like operators, because that is what dinner service is.
46
Letter to a contractor
People hire the company that looks ready at 6 a.m. on a phone. Be that company on purpose.
Use the job photos. Put the quote high. Say the cities you actually serve. Stop renting handshake stock.
A custom site cannot answer the phone for you. It can stop losing the people who would have called.
Packages exist so you can start without a custom-app novel. If you need crews and invoices in software, we will say Elite instead of whispering it later.
The portal is where we will keep the punch list. You already know punch lists. This one just happens to be a website.
47
Letter to a clinic
Calm type, true staff, a path to intake, motion that does not bounce. That is respect.
We will not make you look like a nightclub or a law theme. We will make you look like a place a tired person can trust for one more click.
Tell us what you must not claim. We will write inside the fence. Getting you in trouble is not standing out.
If data must be stored, we pick Professional or above and we collect less rather than more.
Start with a quote. The password creates the room where we can talk about real constraints without a waiting-room audience.
48
Letter to a firm
Authority can be custom. It does not have to be a skyline and a serif everyone else rented.
Give us practice areas that are true, people who will stand next to their bios, and a contact path that does not leak.
We will not promise rankings. We will promise a site that is eligible to compete and hard to confuse with theme 42.
If clients need logins, say so. Brochure and application are different altitudes. Packages exist to keep that honest.
The Zentro portal is our proof we will build serious commercial surfaces. Your site can have its own, quoted, not smuggled.
49
Letter to a shop
Featured work, honest stock, pickup, and payment that stays in your brand.
Tell us what sells, what sells out, and what you refuse to discount. Merchandising is content. We will build slots for it.
Lite catalog versus full commerce is the altitude question. Answer it on day one.
On-site Stripe is how we take money here. We believe your customers should get the same respect.
Request a quote with notes about inventory. The thread is cheaper than a wrong package.
50
The long About
Mystery is for brands people already know. We are late 2025. We explain.
A table of contents and a progress bar make length usable. Length without navigation is a speech. We are not giving a speech. We are publishing a method.
You can skip to hosting, to refusals, to the founder, to the letters. You should not have to guess whether we use templates. We do not.
The command line appears on this page too, because production is part of who we are even when the URL says About.
If you read this far, you are already the kind of client who will send a useful quote. Start one. Set the password. We will take it from the thread.

Zentro Development — founded by Dominic Figueroa, late 2025 — writes the site that should have been there the first time someone Googled you.
Custom code. Honest packages. A portal for the relationship. On-site pay. Deploy on powerful hosting backed by Summit Nodes when we take you live.
We will not become a builder. We will not hide the fences. We will not pretend hosting is free. We will not steal a theme and call it a personality.
We will put your mark in the chrome the way ours lives here. We will ration your signal color. We will make the first eight seconds unmistakable.
Request a quote. That is the door. The password is the key. The rest is work — the kind that shows up in a command line and then in a URL that finally looks like the company you already run.
