Zentro Development collects the information needed to quote, build, and support your website. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or register, we store your name, email address, phone number, state, business location, account password (hashed), project notes, messages, and invoices. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use this information to create your client account, communicate about quotes, issue invoices, process payments, deliver the project, and keep the portal secure. Administrators can view client records, reset an email or password, and delete an account when required.

Sharing

We share data with Stripe solely to process payments. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Account, message, and invoice records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Payment data is handled by Stripe.
